My Mission

I help adults to protect children. My main mission is to support parents during one of the most difficult times of their lives to create space so they can be available to their children.

I work from an empathetic, relational framework, aiding my clients in understanding their conflict and grief in the context of systemic theory, relational trauma and neurobiology.

Ultimately, I understand relationships are tricky but they are also the things that make us thrive. Life goes through cycles around our relationships and sometimes there will be pain and trauma related to change. When I am walking beside you I can help mitigate those challenges by providing you the tools to find your own way forward for your family.
